Reception & Administration Staff
There are thirteen receptionists employed at the practice. The reception staff are there to help everyone. Please remember emergencies do occur and must be dealt with accordingly. It may be you who needs the extra service. Please remember that the receptionists are only carrying out the doctor’s instructions. There are also six administrators working in the surgery. The administrative team deal with the emails from patients, clinical letters from hospitals, referrals and keep our records up to date.
Our nursing team will help with general health screening examinations, smear tests, vaccinations, travel advice, pill checks and other GP referrals
